Balaklava War Memorial Swimming Pool Updated Opening Hours & Season Extension

We’re excited to share that Balaklava War Memorial Swimming Pool will be staying open an extra 2 weeks, with the final day of the season now Sunday, 12 April.

For the remainder of the season this pool will follow the below updated operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 8:30am and 4:00pm – 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 10:30am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Sunday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Balaklava Swimming Pool will only open when the Roseworthy BOM forecast is above 25° at 5pm the day prior. We will be open for morning lap swimming regardless of temperature.

Additionally, due to pool lights currently being offline morning sessions will commence from 7.00am and gradually shift to a 7:30am start as the daylight changes.

Owen War Memorial Swimming Pool and Hamley Bridge Swimming Pool will close for the season as normal, at the end of March.
